Steve has worked alongside his partner Mark Hamilton to pioneer the Showstop® Procedure Course with The Pink Bows Foundation.
He has 30 years of experience at festivals in roles spanning event safety control, festival security, or head of artist security, which saw Steve take multiple headline artists into festivals across the world.
Steve is also an expert witness, a fellow of the Institute of Risk and Safety Management, member of the UKCMA and the Global Crowd Management Alliance.
