Music Venue Trust Presents
At just 18, south Londoner Sam Wilkinson is making his mark with the release of his debut project, Everything’s alright. It’s a milestone in a year full of firsts for the young artist. Growing up, Sam immersed himself in music from an early age, learning the guitar from the age of eight, playing songs by Cat Stevens and The Beatles. By the tender age of 12, he began channelling his personal experiences and emotions into meaningful songwriting.
Sam’s debut album, crafted during his teenage years, blends folk-inspired melodies with insightful, evocative lyrics. “This album is a flag in the sand,” he says, ready to share his deeply personal music and continue shaping his creative journey.
He’s been praised by the likes of Bernie Taupin and received support from Rolling Stone and NME.
