Bilk are a dynamic rock-and-roll band from Chelmsford, Essex. Fusing elements of rock and roll, punk, indie, and rap, Bilk’s style can never be pigeonhole.
Fronted by Sol Abrahams, with Luke Hare on bass and Harry Gray on drums, Bilk’s music speaks to the youth of today with relatable songs about partying, love, growing up and life in modern Britain amongst other things. The band have a strong cult following of die-hard fans who sing every song and have tattoos of the band’s iconic snail logo.
They’ve played major UK festivals including Reading and Leeds, Boardmasters, Kendal Calling, and TRNSMT. Following their 2023 self-titled debut, Bilk recently released their second album Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll and wrapped up their biggest UK and European tour to date. With frantic sold-out shows, witty lyrics, infectious riffs, and anthemic choruses, Bilk are a band not to be missed.
