Steve worked alongside his co-founder Mark Hamilton to develop the Showstop® Procedure Course, launched in March 2025 with The Pink Bows Foundation. Achieving international accreditation with CPD and Highfield, now implemented by over 900 trained safety and security event professionals to establish a global standard.
Steve has 30 years of professional experience, working at all kinds of events across the world, with roles spanning event safety control, concerts, festivals, World tours, artist & VIP, and venue security. Steve is also an expert witness, a fellow of the Institute of Risk and Safety Management, member of the UKCMA and the Global Crowd Management Alliance.
