Filip Košťálek is an experienced programmer and cultural producer with over a decade in the international music and festival scene. Since 2025, he has been the artistic director of Colours of Ostrava festival, and has played a key role in shaping innovative music programming in Central Europe. Filip’s work bridges genres and cultures, bringing cutting-edge global talent to new audiences. He has collaborated with celebrated artists and was honored with the European Festival Award, named among IQ Magazine’s New Bosses, and featured in Forbes 30 Under 30.
