Tom Schroeder is a London-based EVP & Managing Executive at leading global talent agency THE.TEAM. His client roster includes some of the most successful and innovative artists across all genres of music, including Raye, Fred Again…, The xx, Rufus Du Sol, Disclosure, Mk.gee, Skrillex, Swedish House Mafia, Dijon, and Chase & Status. Schroeder’s extensive career included co-founding the iconic booking agency CODA, which became part of Wasserman in 2022 and now THE.TEAM in 2026.
